Research:

In my current research I have focused on the following topics: institutions and international business activies of firms, dialectical evolution of cross-cultural joint venture processes, role of individual agency in institutional changes, emergence of stakeholder conflicts, role of business leaders in war, dilemma of short-term and long-term financial interests. Moreover, I continue research related to the nature of organizational mechanisms and explanation by mechanisms. In terms of methodological approahces I seek to develop comparative methods (e.g. fuzzy-set) and historical analysis.
