Teppo Felin,

Teppo Felin is an Assistant Professor and Lee T. Perry Fellow at the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University. His research focuses on the microfoundations of strategic organization, the micro-macro links of organizational capabilities, theory of the firm, social theory, and the philosophy of social science. His research has been published in the Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, Journal of Management, Managerial and Decision Economics, Human Resource Management, Strategic Organization and other research outlets. He also serves on several journal editorial boards, including the Academy of Management Review, Scandinavian Journal of Management and the Journal of Management Inquiry, and he is co-editing an upcoming special issue of Organization Science on organizational economics and organizational capabilities. Professor Felin received his Ph.D. in organization theory and strategy from the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah.

Juha-Antti Lamberg,
Aalto University

Dr. Juha-Antti Lamberg is a professor of strategic management at the Helsinki University of Technology, Finland. His research interests focus on consistency and change in strategy; especially in the contexts of mature industries and established firms. He has published research in Strategic Management Journal, Industrial and Corporate Change, Organization Studies, Business & Society, Human Relations, and other journals. Dr. Lamberg won the Sloan Foundation's Industry Studies Best Paper Prize in 2008, Carolyn Dexter Award in 2009 at the Academy of Management Conference and been several times a nominee or finalist for the same prize.
