Suomenlinna is a historic sea fortress just a 15-minute ferry trip from Helsinki’s Market Square.
The conference site will be The Pajasali hall. It is a light and peaceful conference room situated on the ground floor of the Pirunkirkko church. The entrance is through the sea-side door. The vaulted ceiling and the walls of the conference room have been painted white and the room has a varnished wooden floor.

Accommodation

Klaus K is a small unique design hotel. The hotel's address is Bulevardi 2-4 and it is in a walking distance from ferry's departure location in Helsinki Market Square. A room in Klaus K hotel has been reserved for every conference participant as a default - unless requested otherwise. The room is reserved for four nights.

The easiest way to get to the hotel is to take a taxi. Tell them you are going to Klaus K Hotel in Helsinki. Alternative option is take a bus from airport to railway station in Helsinki. The station is 800 meters from Klaus K hotel. Busses 615, 615T and 615N are useful. You can view timetables here.
